Expert Business Process Consultant

We are looking for an Expert Business Process Consultant to lead strategic process transformation initiatives in global life sciences programs. This senior role acts as a trusted advisor, aligning business goals with digital solutions and ensuring successful collaboration between enterprise and technical teams.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Drive end-to-end business process design across multiple domains and geographies.
• Advise executive stakeholders on process optimization and digital enablement strategies.
• Define enterprise-wide process standards, governance models, and best practices.
• Lead complex gap analyses and design scalable, future-proof business solutions.
• Act as a solution architect for cross-functional integration and change initiatives.
• Coach internal teams and client stakeholders to build process maturity and readiness.

• Minimum 7–10+ years of experience in business process consulting, with leadership roles in digital transformation.
• Deep functional knowledge of SAP or other major enterprise platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and influence decisions.
• Proficiency in business process tools and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, etc.).
