Founded in 2011,
Fullscript is a healthcare platform built on the belief that care should treat the whole person. Today, more than 125,000 practitioners and 10 million patients count on us for access to high-quality supplements, industry-leading labs, and tools that make it easier to follow through on care.
Our purpose is simple: to help people get better. Every system we design and every program we deliver supports practitioners in providing care that is more personal, more efficient, and more effective.
This is your invitation. Bring your ideas. Bring your grit. Bring your care for people.
Let’s build a healthier future together and make healthcare whole.
The Role
The
Senior Compensation Analyst is a cornerstone builder for
Fullscript’s next chapter of growth. You will play a key role in shaping how we design, deliver, and sustain rewards that are fair, transparent, and scalable. You’ll help strengthen the foundation of our total compensation programs, including incentive plans, equity, salary frameworks, and pay governance, so they reflect both our business ambitions and our commitment to equity.
You’ll focus on bringing structure and consistency to how we reward and recognize people by refining pay bands and job levels, elevating our annual merit and promotion cycle, automating manual processes, and co-creating clear, educational tools that help leaders make confident, equitable pay decisions. Every system you improve or build will help us grow responsibly, with fairness and trust at the center.
You’ll collaborate closely with People, Finance, and senior leaders to elevate our compensation approach, level up our tools and policies, and create a foundation of trust that helps every team member feel valued and supported as we scale.

- Maintain clear ownership and governance for stock options, merit reviews, and promotions.
- Lead market analysis using data sources such as Salary.com, Mercer, or custom benchmarks.
- Evolve and maintain pay bands and job levels, sharing insights that foster clarity and informed decision-making.
- Conduct ongoing reviews to monitor competitiveness, pay equity, and internal consistency.
- Work closely with senior leaders to review findings, exchange perspectives, and co-create data-informed pay practices.
- Develop compensation resources, workshops, and guides that help managers feel confident and supported in making equitable, transparent pay decisions.
- Support the evolution of a total rewards strategy that reflects Fullscript’s values and growth trajectory.
