Sales Representative (w/m/d) – Professional Electronic Cleaning Machines

Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer needs and recommend tailored product and service solutions in a professional B2B environment for electric cleaning machines

  • Plan, execute, and follow up on field sales activities within the assigned sales territory (ZIP codes 60–69, 74, 90–92, 95–97) in line with defined targets, KPIs, and the overarching sales strategy

  • Present and demonstrate electric cleaning machines directly at customer sites, including transporting equipment to appointments and clearly showcasing professional applications

  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation of customers, activities, and sales pipelines in C4C, including sales forecasts and budget planning

  • Collaborate closely with sales partners, the Customer Interaction Center (CIC), and Logistics to ensure excellent customer service as well as successful promotions and sales initiatives

  • Conduct basic product training sessions for distributors and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets

Qualifications:

  • Completed secondary education (further vocational training is an advantage) and ideally 2–3 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in a technical environment, capital goods, or comparable products

  • Strong market understanding, knowledge of merchandising processes, and confident use of modern sales tools and methods

  • Proven ability to identify customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, execute sales activities, and achieve defined targets and KPIs

  • Strong communication skills with a pronounced ability to build long-term customer relationships; self-driven, structured, and entrepreneurial mindset

  • High level of reliability in maintaining reports (C4C), collaborating with distributors, CIC, and Logistics, as well as regularly preparing forecasts and results

  • High willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory and a valid driver’s license
