Responsibilities:

  • Leading and Supervising the associated team (incl. people Leadership development, Talent & Succession Planning) with direct responsibility for distribution partners in Switzerland/ Germany as well as selected strategic customer accounts
  • Leading and Coordinating the Sales Activities in terms of Turnover and defined Sales & Performance KPIs according to the Strategy in terms of structure, channels and target group with close cooperation with End-User Field Team and Key Account Management
  • Strong contribution in Sales Planning, forecasting and monitoring of yearly, quarterly and monthly sales and gross profit, close cooperation with Controlling for TBM management, as well as close cooperation with logistics for demand planning (S&OP)
  • Account responsibility for distributors incl. negotiation of central conditions (pricing, rebates, targets, etc.), incl. lead and support the distributors in terms of sales & marketing activities, and attend negotiation meetings and business reviews
  • Frequent Activity monitoring and Sales Review via C4C and frequent review / sales reporting with the National Sales Manager by given Standards & Protocols

Qualifications:

  • University degree and at least 5 years of professional experience in the B2B cleaning industry, ideally with a solid network and market exposure in Switzerland.
  • Deep expertise in the professional cleaning segment, B2B business models, and related business processes (sales, finance, logistics, marketing).
  • Strong commercial and strategic mindset, including solid understanding of financial KPIs and alignment with the Freudenberg Guiding Principles.
  • Initial people‑management experience combined with excellent communication, negotiation, change‑management and stakeholder‑influencing skills.
  • Analytical, team‑oriented and self‑driven work style, with the ability to lead teams and operate independently; fluent in English.
