We are looking for a Key Account Management Professional to join our team at Freudenberg. As a Key Account Management Professional, you will be responsible for developing and growing the customer portfolio, defining and executing annual customer plans, and managing product listings and trade marketing plans.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience in Key Account Management
- Strong understanding of key accounts, customers, competitors, and the Healthcare environment
- Solid knowledge of end-to-end sales processes (incl. marketing, finance, logistics)
- Full understanding of customer Profit & Loss and key financial performance indicators
- Strong analytical capabilities paired with strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in german and english
- Ability to influence and manage change, resolve conflicts, and work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams
