Now we’re looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator — the person who turns ideas into execution, chaos into clarity, and plans into finished campaigns.
This isn’t a “marketing support” role.
This is the heartbeat of our operation.
You’ll own the systems, timelines, and follow-through that keep Foxelli’s marketing machine running flawlessly.
What You’ll Do
Run the marketing calendar like mission control. You’ll know every launch date, every deliverable, and who’s responsible — across multiple brands.
Keep teams aligned. Designers, copywriters, media buyers, brand leads — you’ll make sure everyone’s moving in sync.
Drive execution. Follow up, close loops, and ensure every project gets shipped — clean, complete, and on time.
Systematize and streamline. Build repeatable workflows, checklists, and dashboards that make execution faster, not heavier.
Own marketing operations. From task flow to QA, you’re the force keeping everything organized and on schedule.
Track results. Gather campaign data, summarize insights, and surface what matters most.

FIXED SERVICE FEE
€1,200 - €2000 after taxes, depending on yourskills, competencies, and experience.

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
❕This role is 100% remote.
At Foxelli Group, our team operates primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET), which is UTC+2 and UTC+3. We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.
For full-time roles, we expect hires to be available during at least 5 hours of typical working hours in the EET time zone to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
This requirement does not apply to part-time roles.
