FosterThomas is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support a large global company on a 9–12 month /full-time engagement through FosterThomas, with the potential for conversion to a permanent role with our client. The role involves performing data entry and system preparation activities in ADP WFN to support Workday conversion, auditing and validating data, and serving as an escalation point for business-as-usual payroll/data issues.
Requirements
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) is required.
- Familiarity with Workday is a plus.
- Strong data entry, auditing, and documentation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven experience with HR systems troubleshooting, process mapping, and SOP development.
- Ability to train end users and support change management initiatives.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across HR, IT, and vendor teams.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, project-driven environment while maintaining communication and ensuring escalation with leaders, sharing risks, solutions, challenges, and updates as needed.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and manage ambiguity in dynamic environments; skilled at asking the right questions to clarify objectives, gather critical information, and make sound decisions with incomplete data.
- Ability to adapt to evolving priorities while maintaining clear communication with project teams, business-as-usual teams, and other key stakeholders to foster confidence and alignment.
