Senior Program Manager

Senior Program Manager role for the Battleground Voter Project at Forward Majority, responsible for overseeing third-party voter registration drives in competitive state legislative districts, developing strategic plans, and managing external relationships.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience with progressively increasing responsibilities in field campaigns
• Significant experience managing staff to reach goals
• Knowledge of key performance metrics in the space
• Knowledge of VAN, Blocks, spreadsheets (Excel/Sheets), and Google Suite
• Experience overseeing scaled, in-person voter registration drives
• Experience with coalition building and managing external relationships
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to travel up to 30-40% in election years
