Forvis Mazars Business Technology Services – Enterprise practice is growing and needs more professionals! Our consulting team is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance – Solutions Architect to join our delivery team. In this role the Solutions Architect will build upon our firm’s position as a trusted strategic advisor while actively engaging in client’s digital transformation through delivery cycles. The resource is responsible for adhering, leveraging, and maintaining comprehensive methodologies to ensure quality results and drive customer satisfaction.This position can take place in any of our firm’s major US offices and may be worked remotely. How you will contribute:
- Perform on-site and remote consulting services to implement Dynamics 365/AX with a primary focus on Financial and Accounting modules.
- Provide business process consulting and best practices to clients during ERP Implementation and digital transformation.
- Collaborate with customers to understand business requirements and conduct gap analysis.
- Convert requirements to functional specs and functional design documents.
- Configure Dynamics 365 to meet client requirements within time-sensitive deadlines.
- Utilize ERP implementation standards, tools, and documentation.
- Adopt and adhere to the Forvis Mazars implementation methodologies for Microsoft Dynamics solutions; including the development of templates, strategies, and training materials to support the delivery methodology repository.
- Participate in cross-functional team collaboration to incorporate input and domain expertise into the overall solution design.
- Provide subject matter expertise in Forvis Mazars engagements to ensure the adoption of methodologies, processes, and best practices for a consistent delivery experience.
- Adopt industry best practices with the implementation cycle to align with the products strategic roadmap.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of historical and current system capabilities, continuously learning to leverage Microsoft offerings and enhancements for optimal client solutions.
- Unmatched client service mindset. The candidate takes personal ownership in the quality of finished products.
- Excellent organizational analytical and project management skills. Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, manage shifting priorities and handle numerous time-sensitive projects with multiple deadlines.
- Outstanding communication skills in all mediums and to all levels within the organization. The candidate can work with other team members from Business Functional to Technical Consultants, treating them with courtesy and respect.
- Ability to understand business processes and translate into system requirements.
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed, maximum of 50%.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Accounting, or equivalent / related field of study
- Five plus (5+) years working as a delivery professional with ERP/CRM implementation experience for small to large enterprise organizations. Prior experienced with a minimum of two (2) end-to-end implementation cycles of Dynamics 365.
- Familiarity with the concepts supporting cloud topologies. Specifically, a solid understanding of functional capabilities and modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Prior experience with following an enterprise implementation methodology and collateral for large enterprise organizations.
- Prior experience working directly with customers from sales to delivery and the transition to support.
- Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to interact with both internal and client teams. Ability to write and present information with confidence while demonstrating proficiency in subject matter
- 4 years or more of experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (or prior versions), or comparable ERP system.
- Implementation experience working with industry leading ISV solutions in the marketplace (i.e., Avalara, SkSoftware, etc.).
- Implementation experience with Advanced Financial modules and offerings (i.e., Project Management Accounting, Cost Accounting, Asset Leasing, Subscription Billing, etc.).
- Relevant Industry Certifications (i.e., CPA License) and Microsoft Certifications (i.e., Supply Chain Management, Solution Architect)
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate

The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Total compensation and benefits consist of salary, group health plan benefits, 401(K), profit-sharing contributions, flexible time off, and parental leave. Forvis Mazars reserves the right to make changes to the salary range based on business needs.Colorado Salary Range: CO Minimum Salary (USD) $ 80,000 CO Maximum Salary (USD) $ 140,000
