The Role:
The IT UsereXperienceand Enablement (UXE) Departmentis responsible forthe technology used daily by every part of the business. This includes Video Conferencing suites, Laptops, Office ITequipmentand Core-Business Applications.
The IT Systems Architect designs, implements, andmaintainsIT systems and their interactions. This role supports cross-system troubleshooting,maintainssystem documentation, and collaborates with technical teams to ensure systems are robust, secure, and aligned with businessobjectives.Your work directlyimpactsoperational resilience and user experience, following ITIL and Service Desk Institute best practices.
This person will work as a member of a globally distributed team of talentedIT Professionals within Forcepoint. We will work together to deliver excellence to the company, with a focus on outstanding customer experience and delivery.
Responsibilities:
Assistwith cross-system troubleshooting and design for recoverability and observability.
Demonstrateexpertisein deployment and identity systems.
Maintain and improve system documentation and diagrams.
Collaborate with technical leaders on mentoring and development plans.
Communicate effectively across organisational levels.
Create and break down initiatives into actionable stories.
Influence technical direction within the team.
Ensure alignment with business needs and outcomes.
Required:
Experience in system design and troubleshooting.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate across teams.
Understanding of business trade-offs and technical outcomes.
Desirable:
Experience with multiple identity and deployment systems.
Codingexpertiseand technology stack judgement.
Ability to improve designs based on feedback.
