We're looking for a Solution Specialist to join our team and contribute to a sustainable future. As a Solution Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing customer relationships, generating leads, and providing technical expertise for the Screen & Centrifuge Lifecycle Service Line.
Requirements
- Manage customers and their consumables throughout the product life cycle
- Complete audits and reporting on performance metrics
- Develop product pathways across the entire product range
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products/solutions
- Identify and develop new businesses in the region
- Maintain opportunities in the CRM system
- Monitor industry updates and changes in the product landscape
- Perform health checks on customers' sites, review data, and present feedback
- Work closely with product line, engineering, and sales teams
- Support development of marketing documents
- Travel up to 75% domestically and internationally
