Key Responsibilities

• Hands-On Development: Collaborate with the team to design, build, and deploy robust APIs and frontends for iOS, Android, and web platforms, delivering high-quality solutions across multiple devices.
• Team Leadership: Lead by example, offering mentorship and guidance to developers, while fostering an environment that encourages growth and innovation within the team.
• Translate Requirements: Work closely with stakeholders to transform business needs into practical technical solutions that deliver real value.
• Fintech Product Expertise: Utilize your experience in building payment software to ensure the development of secure, compliant, and scalable solutions.
• Blockchain & Cryptocurrency: Apply your in-depth knowledge of blockchain technologies and digital assets to design products that align with industry best practices.
• DevOps Contribution: Participate in continuous integration, deployment, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring the tech stack is agile, scalable, and efficient.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven Track Record in delivering successful financial or fintech products, with a strong understanding of the fintech ecosystem.
• Frontend Development: Expertise in React, Vue, Expo, and other front-end frameworks for iOS, Android, and web development.
• Backend Fundamentals: Solid understanding of server-side development, including serverless architecture, API development, and deployment and integration.
• Blockchain & Crypto Experience working on blockchain and cryptocurrency projects, with the ability to translate complex technical aspects into functional products.
• Agile Development Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile frameworks, promoting collaborative teamwork and flexibility in project management.
• DevOps Expertise with hands-on experience in implementing best practices for continuous delivery and integration.
• Leadership Experience managing frontend developers, backend developers, DevOps, and UX designers, ensuring efficient team collaboration and execution.
• Excellent Communication Skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Interest or knowledge in DLT technologies, such as Hedera and XRP Ledger.
• Experience or awareness in cybersecurity, enhancing the security and integrity of the developed systems.
