We were born from a legacy of innovation. Our story began within Great Dane, one of North America's most trusted trailer manufacturers with over a century of expertise. Recognizing the growing need for data-driven fleet decisions, Great Dane launched us in 2017 as a built-in smart trailer system. Our initial goal was to turn 'black box' trailers into transparent, intelligent assets using non-proprietary sensors and OEM-level insights. We were built from the ground up, in close collaboration with top-performing fleets, to deliver real-time trailer and cargo data that supports better decisions at every level of fleet operations. Our focus has always been to give fleets control, clarity, and confidence.

In 2024, we took a major leap forward by becoming an independent company, a move backed by significant seed funding. This milestone marked the beginning of a bold new chapter, allowing us to scale up and transform how fleets operate across North America. Headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, we combine deep roots in the trucking industry with expert tech talent. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of telematics solutions, from hard-wired, OEM-installed sensors to easy-to-install aftermarket sensors and cargo cameras. Our platform is OEM-agnostic, providing end-to-end visibility into trailer safety and cargo security for any trailer, regardless of the manufacturer. The data collected from a trailer's sensors enables real-time, proprietary strategic insights via our digital dashboard, helping our partners increase utilization, enhance safety, and reduce maintenance costs.
