Intel is on a multi-year supply chain transformational journey, with the Integrated Device Manufacturing 2.0 (IDM 2.0) Acceleration Office (IAO) leading the creation of an internal foundry model to power the next phase of our IDM 2.0 strategy. The Equipment Configuration Management Program team is focused on delivering and maintaininga single source of record for equipment configurations and the respective bill of materials (BOM) in Windchill. We are seeking a seasoned Windchill PLM Business/Systems Analyst to join this effort.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:  

• Deliver and maintain capabilities around the creation and maintenance of a single source of record for equipment configurations of factory equipment and BOM in Windchill.

• Gather requirements and understand complex data structures to enable workflow capabilities for internal and external users.

• Integrate with other planning, master data, and enterprise systems.

• Collect and analyze information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system to meet business outcomes.

• Document business processes and gain alignment across business groups.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to develop and deliver training and maintain application documentation.

• Develop use cases, business scenarios, and/or demos; plan and coordinate testing and provide end-user support.

• Create and maintain dashboards and reports.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum education requirements and minimum required qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes, project work, internships, and/or military experience. Additional preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 4+ years of experiencein Computer Science, Information Systems, or a STEM-related field.

4+ years of experience in the following:

• Use of Windchill PLM 12, PDMLink, ProjectLink, and PTC's product suite.

• Windchill Platform Structures Management, Part Classification, and Supplier Management (SUMA).

• Understanding of EBOM/MBOM Structures.

• Data and system management such as data imports/exports, in-app business support via validations and problem analysis of data and configurations.

• Customer interfacing to coordinate requirements, status updates, enhancements.

• Developing and delivering end-user training.

• SIT and UAT Testing experience, deployment, and go-live support.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customizations of ACLs, Lifecycles, Workflows, InfoTasks, Webjects, OIRs, actions/action-models.

• Agile/Scrum and ITIL methodologies, and tools such as Jira and ServiceNow.

• PTC Windchill Business Administration.

• SCRUM Certification.
