About us: FixFirst is a GreenTech startup that aims to end the throw-away world by making circular services such as repair easy, accessible, and attractive - for everyone.
Our Al-powered software solution increases repair efficiency by up to 70%, provides a 10x better customer experience and gives each product at least one additional life. The SaaS-enabled B2B2C platform streamlines workflows and collaboration between service providers (for maintenance, repair, refurbishment or recycling) and service operators (like manufacturers, retailers, insurances and even cities) to help them launch, scale & innovate their circular offering fast and hassle-free.
Our vision is a world where fixing products comes first and using them longer is the norm. Driven by our mission to accelerate the circularity of the products we already use, we will enable our world to save up to 14 Gt of CO2 by 2030. 💚
Tasks

- Closely work with our Co-Founder & CEO Sebastian
- Work on highly strategic topics & help behind the scenes
- Network with clients, investors and pitch at events
- Ideal mix of tasks to become an entrepreneur
- Test own ideas and learn from mistakes
- Have own responsibility & accountability
Requirements
An impact-driven entrepreneurial mind: 🤓
- First practical experience, e.g. startup, strategy consulting or own projects
- Business or similar studies in senior Bachelor or early Master semester
- Experience in creating pitch decks, doing research & analyzing data
- Pragmatic, curious, friendly, well organized & outgoing
- High degree of autonomy & attention to detail preferred
- Fluency in English is a must, German a plus & French a nice to have
