What You’ll Do
- Work in a fast-paced 3rd-party collections environment handling inbound and outbound calls
- Help customers resolve past-due accounts and set up payment solutions
- Use strong communication and negotiation skills to drive results
- Stay compliant with FDCPA and state regulations
- Hit performance goals tied to bonus earnings
What You Bring
- Both English AND Spanish jobs available
- 6+ months of experience in collections, sales, or customer service
- Comfortable working toward goals, metrics, and incentives
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
