Senior RPA Developer - Remote (Philippines)

Responsible for:

• Leading the design, development, and execution of business projects independently, escalating and communicating as and when necessary, focusing on automating and migrating both new and existing processes.
• Collaboration with stakeholders to develop, test, integrate, implement and support solutions using suitable RPA platforms (UiPath & AA).
• Ensure adherence to the software development life cycle (SDLC) process and comply with the company's IT Change Management policy.
• Create process flow diagrams, Process and solution design documents, and develop reusable components, frameworks, and libraries.
• Managing the codebase including hot fixes, bug fixes, change requests, and implementing general improvements to enhance reliability and performance as part of BAU operations.
• Building bots using a modularized design approach, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Working with web services, data extraction, transformation, and integration.
• Conducting thorough code reviews and leading end-to-end testing, encompassing UI, API, and utilizing the UiPath Test Automation Suite for automated testing.
• Salesforce APIs, Proficient in using REST and SOAP APIs, SOQL queries, Workbench, and Object Manager to identify and configure the right fields in salesforce objects, and permissions for integration with UiPath. Ability to analyse custom functionality, coordinate with the Salesforce team for custom API creation, and troubleshoot access restrictions or field-level issues efficiently.
• Developing using C# .NET & Python programming for building libraries, modules, and custom activities.
• Leveraging UiPath Apps, Action Center, AI/ML, OCR Document Understanding Frameworks and suitable reporting tools to assess the robot performance.
• Mentoring and guiding the work of Intelligent Automation Developers as they create, improve, and take care of things, helping them learn and grow.
• Building strong working relationships and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
