Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We're looking for BCBAs to join our growing team in Kentucky! We offer flexible work options, including hybrid arrangements, to maximize time with clients. Our team provides ABA services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Current licensure in behavior analysis in Kentucky
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavior analysis and intervention
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and evidence-based interventions for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including conducting functional assessments, developing behavior plans, and analyzing data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and professionals from diverse backgrounds
