Clinical Success Manager

Finni Health is seeking a Clinical Success Manager to oversee clinical operations, including standards, training, and client outcomes, and to partner with Practice Owners to deliver excellent care. The ideal candidate is a BCBA with 5+ years of clinical experience, who has run a clinical program before and is comfortable with data and systems.

Requirements

• BCBA with 5+ years of clinical experience
• Experience in running a clinical program as a Clinical Director, BCBA Lead, or senior clinician
• Comfortable with data and systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate with high agency and pace

Benefits

• Base salary: $100,000 – $120,000, commensurate with experience
