As Onboarding Manager, you'll lead a team of Onboarding Architects to ensure customers launch strong, adopt quickly, and see Files.com as mission-critical infrastructure from day one. You'll coach Engineers through live customer deployments, diagnose skill gaps, and improve processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Develop and enforce onboarding playbooks and project tracking
  • Guide Engineers on accelerating time-to-value and driving early customer success
