We are searching for a Facilities Supervisorto join our team in San Bernardino, CA. The Facilities Supervisorwill serve as the primary point of contact with vendors by phone, email, and face-to-face interactions at our main facility (as well as temporary off-site locations as needed) developing positive and proactive relationships. The Facilities Supervisorwill coordinate and assist the daily operations team with day-to-day functions that support the overall success of the operation while ensuring the facility is looked after, safe, secure, and in immaculate condition. This role also supports office and warehouse functionalities such as operations events, summits, celebrations, etc. In addition, the Facilities Supervisorwill gather pertinent information, coordinate pricing quotes, manage an operations budget, coordinate with 3rd party vendors, execute repair plans, and provide status updates to all stakeholders at the facility.
Essential Functions:
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules with regional Director of Facilities
- Perform repairs for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and facility maintenance
- Manage work orders, projects, and vendor relationships
- Ensure facility compliance through regular inspections
- Support Free Trade Zone (FTZ) requirements
- Implement safety policies and conduct training sessions
- Investigate accidents/incidents and enforce corrective actions
- Enforce security protocols and manage access control
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies for security
- Supervise facility, security, and supplier teams
- Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and security
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bilingual English/ Spanish required
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a warehouse or distribution center environment
- Strong knowledge of facility maintenance best practices, safety regulations, and security protocols
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software
- Certification in facility management or related field is a plus
- Ability to be on call for off hour emergencies related to security and facilities

Subject to the foregoing, the current pay scale for this position is $60,559.00 to $70,653.00 per year.
