Félix is a hyper-growth Series B company building a financial ecosystem for Latin immigrants in the U.S. We're looking for a Data Analyst to support our Growth team and help drive business growth through data insights.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role
  • Strong SQL skills, with experience querying and transforming large datasets
  • Experience building dashboards in Omni (Looker) or similar BI tools
  • Excellent communication skills — able to translate data into clear insights for non-technical audiences
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn, with a passion for helping teams make data-driven decisions
  • Advanced English level
