Associate Platform Engineer - Network

Feedzai is seeking an Associate Platform Engineer - Network to join their Engineering team. As a member of the Platform Network team, you will be responsible for the overall network architecture that supports the Feedzai Cloud. You will help develop and maintain automation, tooling, and platforms to ensure network infrastructure delivers reliable, secure, and high-performance connectivity. Responsibilities include maintaining and extending Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) network modules, supporting cloud network infrastructure design and implementation, and monitoring network performance. You will also contribute to development tasks using Go or similar programming languages and automate aspects of cloud infrastructure and incident response. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, programming skills in languages such as Go, Java, or similar, and familiarity with networking concepts, container technologies, and cloud providers.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
• Programming skills in languages such as Go, Java, or similar.
• Familiarity or interest in networking concepts: VPCs, VNets, VPNs, routing, and cloud network design.
• Hands-on experience or strong learning ability with container technologies and orchestration (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab) and GitOps tools (e.g. FluxCD, Argo CD).
• Knowledge or experience working with at least one cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Knowledge or experience with monitoring and observability (e.g. Grafana, Prometheus).
• Knowledge or experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g. Terraform, Crossplane).
