We are seeking a Patient Access Coordinator to manage the registration process of patients or clients for outpatient behavioral healthcare at Family Care Center. This role plays an integral part in assessing patients’ needs, documenting patient information, and scheduling appointments.
Requirements
- Handles a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls
- Accurately documents patient or client comprehensive demographic and health information
- Handles scheduling of appointments based on intake assessments and provider matrix
- Engages in outreach activities
- Provides excellent customer service
