The Finance Associate will own day-to-day finance operations for a US-based pediatric healthcare practice, managing books in QuickBooks, operating Relit, and keeping payments and financial tracking on schedule.
Requirements
- Maintain the books in QuickBooks — keep records accurate and up to date
- Manage and operate Relit
- Ensure all bills and payments are tracked and on schedule
- Keep the client on track with overall financial visibility
- Categorize transactions and reconcile accounts in QuickBooks
- Generate periodic financial summaries and flag items needing the client’s attention
- Maintain organized digital records of invoices, receipts, and supporting documents
- Coordinate with the client’s CPA or external accountant as needed
- Surface trends, discrepancies, or process improvements
