Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Insurance Administrative Assistant to support our agency with certificates of insurance, data entry, and client service tasks. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, responsive, and committed to accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and issue Certificates of Insurance accurately and in a timely manner
Enter, update, and maintain client and policy information within agency management systems
Review, manage, and respond to customer email requests professionally
Follow through on customer requests until fully resolved and customer satisfaction is achieved
Track and manage tasks to ensure deadlines are met
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain organized digital records and documentation

Ability to learn agency systems and processes quickly
