We are seeking a highly skilled eFX QA & Support Analyst to join our team, leveraging deep understanding of FIX protocol and FX trading workflows to ensure seamless connectivity and high-performance trading systems.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of FX markets and eFX trading workflows
- Deep knowledge of FIX 4.x/5.x message formats
- Experience with FIX certification and message validation
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and analyzing FIX logs
- Proven experience in designing and executing QA test plans and test cases
- Familiarity with manual testing and automated testing frameworks
- Experience with performance testing and latency measurement tools
- Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot technical issues
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix and Windows environments
- Knowledge of SQL for data validation and backend testing
- Strong analytical and debugging skills
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
