The expertise we’re looking for

• Strong knowledge of Java Core and OOP approach;
• Strong knowledge of Spring and Hibernate Frameworks;
• SQL knowledge;
• Proactivity and problem-solving skills;
• Upper-Intermediate English;
• Understanding of Microservices architecture.

Our goal is to have a top-engineer mentality and environment. We hire only super knowledgeable engineers or people who we believe have potential to become one. Our stack is modern, AWS, K8S, microservices, Spring, latest Java... But most important is that we require ownership. Not on paper, but in reality. Forget doing business requests you don’t understand. No throwing your software over the wall to Devops. You validate requirements, help business to focus on value, and you also build it, ship it and you are the one who fixes it at night.
