We are a rapidly growing D2C health brand seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to manage our paid channels in-house, with full operational responsibility for Google Ads, Amazon PPC, and Native Ads. The ideal candidate will have multiple years of experience as a senior specialist in Google Ads and Amazon PPC, with a strong understanding of direct response marketing and fundamentals in tracking and measurement.
Requirements
- Manage paid channels in-house with full operational responsibility
- Steer campaign structure, bid strategies, budget allocation, and continuous A/B testing across all channels
- Work closely with Head of Growth to implement strategic direction
- Work actively with attribution and BI tools
- Monitor competitors and platform updates and implement relevant insights
- Experience with attribution tools and Amazon expertise
- Native Ads experience or willingness to build this channel
- Work structured, independently, and quickly
- Use AI tools for analysis, research, reporting, and process acceleration
