Support end-to-end administrative and operational activities for assigned brand/accounts to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations. Prepare, manage, and maintain operational reports, documentation, and data records with strong accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Business Operations, Operations Support, Administration, Reporting, Reconciliation, or related functions.
  • Strong administrative, reporting, and data management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data validation.
  • Good analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, work under tight deadlines, and maintain operational accuracy.
  • Strong ownership, responsiveness, and coordination capabilities.
