Java Backend Developer

We're looking for a Java Backend Developer to join our team at ParkHere. You'll be responsible for shipping code, building serverless architectures, and owning the entire backend infrastructure. Our tech stack includes AWS, Serverless, Terraform, REST APIs, and Event-driven architecture. We offer remote work options, competitive compensation, and a diverse, international team culture.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Backend Development with Kotlin or Java
• Deep familiarity with the modern tech stack: AWS, Serverless, Terraform, REST APIs, Event-driven architecture, microservices
• Battle-tested experience designing and refactoring complex microservice architectures in AWS
• CI/CD pipeline mastery (GitLab is your playground)
• Proactive, hands-on, and you don't wait for permission to make things better
• Agile teams energize you – collaboration is your superpower (async or in-person!)
• You communicate with clarity and confidence in English
