Business/Vertical:
The Invoicing vertical within EverPro focuses on business management and payments solutions for small service businesses through our Invoice Simple and Joist products. These solutions help service professionals efficiently manage their business finances, from creating estimates and invoices to processing payments and tracking jobs. Our products serve hundreds of thousands of freelancers, solo entrepreneurs and micro-businesses across hundreds of industries across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver insightful, executive-ready reporting and dashboards. Track business KPIs, SaaS metrics and OKRs
Partner with Leadership to analyze performance across new logo acquisition, upsell/cross-sell, and churn
Lead regular operational reviews with leadership; distill complex signals into crisp, actionable insights
Build performance narratives in partnership with leadership
Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations to influence budgeting, roadmap, and quarterly planning
Identify opportunities through cohort analysis and segmentation
Develop performance forecasting models in partnership with business leadership and central EverPro finance and data team members
Partner with GTM and Product teams to evaluate strategic bets, model outcomes, and support prioritization
Support leadership decision-making through strategic analysis, business cases, and ad-hoc modeling
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in high-growth startup operations, finance, business strategy, consulting
Financial modeling expert highly motivated by solving business problems
Fluency with SaaS metrics and KPIs
Expertise in data visualization and business intelligence tools.
Experience with SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
Proven track record of driving growth through data-informed decisions.
Experience with PLG business models highly valued

Where
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in Canada - if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Ideally, the candidate is based in the Greater Toronto Area. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, our Toronto office, Vancouver office, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation
The target base compensation for this position is $130,000 to $150,000 CAD per year in most locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
