We areseekingan innovative,data-driven Head of Growth Marketing to lead ourEverHealthgrowth marketing organization. The ideal candidate will have a proventrack recordin developing and executing high-impact growth strategies thatdrivebrand awareness, customer acquisition, and customer advocacy. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Head of Growth Marketing willbe responsible foroverseeing all aspects of growth marketing,acrossstrategic planning, campaign execution, and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategy forEverHealthportfolio across acquisition, expansion, and advocacy.
Lead and scale a high-velocity growth marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Manage strategic agency partnerships to execute scalable growth marketing programs across inbound and outbound channels.
Partner closely with key stakeholdersacross commercial and cross-functional teams,ensuring strategic marketing alignment withEverHealthbusinessobjectives.
Customer Acquisition and Retention:
Design and implement comprehensive customer acquisition strategies to increase market sharewith ICPbuying personas.
Oversee creation and execution of integrated campaigns across inbound and outbound channels, includingpaiddigital,organic (SEO+AEO),socialmedia,emailand events.
Develop and execute partner marketing initiatives including co-branded campaigns, webinars, marketplace promotions, and partner-driven lead generation programs.
Develop and refine inbound marketing programs to attract and engage prospects, including creation of high-value content and experiences that resonate with our target audiences.
Own outbound campaigncalendar includingaudience targeting,datastrategy, messaging,and coordination with sales and revenue operations teams.
Develop and implement customer expansion and retention strategies to increase customer lifetime value (CLV) and reduce churn.
Partner withProduct Marketing toensure strategic alignmenttoEverHealthICPs, buying personas and messaging frameworks across all campaign channels.
Performance and Analytics:
Track and report on key marketing metrics, including TOF/MOF conversion rates, marketing attributed revenue, cost per lead, customer engagement, and brand sentiment.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of integrated campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed,remainingwithinallocatedmarketing budget.
Analyze market trends and customer data toidentifyand forecast new acquisition and expansion opportunities.
Continuously test andoptimizemarketing strategies to improve performance and drive sustainable growth.
Innovation and Thought Leadership:
Drive adoption of AI-powered marketing strategies, tools, and workflows to enhance campaign execution, audience targeting, and digital visibility.
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to ensureEverHealthremainsat the forefront of marketing innovation.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degreea plus.
Skills and Experience:
10+ years in marketing withdemonstratedexperience in a leadership role.
Proven success in drivinggrowth,revenueand retention
Strong understanding of customer acquisition techniques and cost optimization.
Experience in Healthcaretechor B2B SaaS is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Where:
TheEverCommerceteam is distributed globally, with teams inthe U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in theUnited States– ifyou’reclose to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or toother office locations around North America.

Compensation:The target base compensation for this positionis $140,000 to $175,000USDper year and a variablecomponentincludedin mostUS locations. Final offer amounts aredeterminedby multiple factors including location,local market variances, andcandidate experience andexpertise,and may vary from the amounts listed above.
