Talent Acquisition Specialist (Full Remote - Germany)

EverAI is building the future of AI companionship and is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. The role involves identifying, attracting, and landing top global talent, and helping build a recruitment stack that matches the scale and ambition of a company serving 50M users worldwide.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Global sourcing experience: You have a track record of helping attract talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
