What will your role look like?
We are seeking a passionate and proactive Impact Intern to join our team at Eticas. In this role, you will contribute to the sustainable growth of Eticas by enhancing our impact, presence, and visibility. You will support the search for funding opportunities and manage our alliances and network. Above all, you will contribute to Eticas' mission of effecting change!
Your key responsibilities
- Assist in creating and managing lists of funding sources and applying for relevant funding opportunities.
- Perform research and collect/maintain databases on various topics and domains.
- Support the coordination of impact initiatives.
- Connect and maintain relationships with organizations that support our mission and increase our impact.
Requirements
Must-haves
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for social impact and innovation, with the ability to translate funding opportunities into innovative collaborations.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; self-motivated and disciplined.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Alignment with the organization's mission and values.
- Lifelong learning attitude and ability to establish relationships based on respect, trust, and consistency.
