Ethos Veterinary Health stands at the forefront of veterinary medicine, operating as a premier network of more than 140 specialty and emergency hospitals across North America. The organization is built on a foundation of advancing animal health through a science-focused, evidence-based approach. Founded in 2015 through the merger of four distinguished specialty veterinary groups—IVG Hospitals in the Northeast, Premier Veterinary Group in Chicago, Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital in Denver, and Veterinary Specialty Hospital of San Diego—Ethos was created with a vision to revolutionize the industry. This collaborative ethos brings together a dedicated community of over 1,500 specialized doctors and more than 2,000 caregivers who provide compassionate and unparalleled care to nearly two million pets annually. The company's core mission is to enrich the lives of both pets and people by inspiring hope through exceptional medical care.

The operational philosophy of Ethos Veterinary Health emphasizes innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration. The integrated network of veterinary professionals utilizes state-of-the-art technology to deliver world-class medicine. This commitment extends beyond clinical practice to include pioneering clinical research and industry-leading continuing education programs. A key component of this is Ethos Discovery, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to developing innovations that improve outcomes for pets and humans with complex medical conditions. Furthermore, their online learning platform, VetBloom, provides a vast library of educational modules for veterinary professionals. In 2022, Ethos joined the National Veterinary Associates (NVA) community, a partnership that enhances their collective ability to drive medical innovation and expand their impact on the veterinary profession. This union strengthens their shared commitment to compassionate care, setting new standards in veterinary excellence and ensuring that pets receive the most advanced treatments available.
