The Remediation Manager will assist to set the strategic direction for the Remediation team and be accountable for the successful execution of all remediation services.

- Ensure even, efficient workflow allocation that optimises team capacity.
- Support measurable improvement in QA and turnaround times.
- Build a cohesive, motivated team with strong technical and research capability.

- Contribute materially to the reliability and scalability of the Remediation function.
