Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Solutions Architect to design, implement, and optimize scalable CRM workflows and automations—primarily within HubSpot—that power our marketing and sales operations. This role will work cross-functionally to transform complex, ambiguous business challenges into elegant, system-based solutions that drive efficiency, enhance data visibility, and support our GTM strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect CRM Solutions: Translate complex business problems into thoughtful, scalable workflows and automations. Design backend systems that simplify complexity, reduce manual work, and provide visibility across the GTM funnel.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and IT to understand business objectives, pain points, and data requirements. Present solution options with trade-offs and lead alignment toward a recommended approach.
- Drive Execution: Lead the execution of CRM changes—either hands-on or by guiding internal/external resources. Ensure proper documentation, QA, and smooth launches with minimal disruption. Quickly address unforeseen issues and drive continuous system improvements.
- Ecosystem Stewardship: Maintain a holistic view of the CRM ecosystem, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and potential downstream impacts. Ensure all changes enhance the system’s integrity and usability.

- Navigate trade-offs and incomplete information without stalling progress.
- Lead execution by guiding others—even without direct authority.
- Anticipate challenges, proactively identifying and addressing downstream impacts.
- Resolve issues quickly while improving the system as a whole, not just applying temporary fixes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CRM strategy, marketing/sales operations, or technical project management.
- Advanced proficiency with HubSpot (certifications a plus).
- Strong understanding of GTM motions and funnel stages across marketing and sales.
- Proven track record in designing and maintaining backend CRM workflows and data pipelines.
- Ability to assess business problems, develop multiple solution paths, and guide strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and experience leading projects with cross-functional teams.
