Requirements
- Prior payroll experience
- Experience in processing France, Germany, Italy or Belgium Payroll desirable
- Understanding of data protection regulations like GDPR
- Familiarity with payroll & HRIS systems
- Analytical skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain a consistent high level of attention to detail
- Team Player
- Ability to find a solution or to deal proactively with work-related problems
- Ability to multitask due to constantly changing priorities and opportunities
- Fluent in English written and oral communication
- Proficiency in other languages desirable
