Retirement benefits
Affiliation to ESA's pension scheme where rights are accrued yearly. Staff are eligible for a retirement pension from age 63 after 10 years of service.

A relocation support package is available for those who need to move country, including reimbursement of removal expenses and an installation allowance.
Remote and teleworking options
Staff can work from home for 40% of the month, and up to 80% with management agreement. Options to telework from another country exist with some limitations.
