You will work within a sophisticated, purpose-built online classroom, delivering live lessons to students in local authorities and schools using a refined online pedagogy. We offer various engagement models to suit your lifestyle, including full-time employed roles or flexible self-employed contracts (ideally a minimum of 3–4 days per week). You will focus on what matters most: teaching, learning, and student progress, without the traditional classroom barriers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate high-quality, live online Maths lessons.
- Differentiate learning for diverse educational needs, including SEND, SEMH, and ASD.
- Provide frequent, timely, and purposeful feedback to ensure student outcomes.
- Collaborate on innovative curriculum design and resource creation.
Requirements
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory. * Proven experience teaching Maths at a Secondary school level.
- A deep commitment to inclusive education, safeguarding, and a "student-first" mindset.
- Ideally hold a current Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.
- Must provide a current international police clearance for any periods spent working abroad within the last 5 years.
- Excellent communication skills and a natural flair for digital teaching and learning.
- Ability to build rapport and manage student behaviour positively in an online setting.
- A reliable internet connection and a suitable home working environment.

- Employed Salary: £29,458 – £44,115 per annum (pro-rata for Permanent & Fixed-Term roles).
- Contractor Rate: Earn £24.20 per 45-minute lesson (Self-Employed roles).
