Product Sales Partner | Payment Processing

Join Epicor as a Product Sales Partner! The Product Sales Partner is responsible for selling specific Epicor EPX products and services over the phone, email or chat to prospects and customers in assigned territory or industry. Collaborates with new business sellers and account managers to identify opportunities and close sales.

What you will be doing:

• Works with merchants to complete the complex credit card merchant applications​

• Achieves assigned quota from sales products or services.

• Uses sales strategies and selling processes such as effective discovery, product presentation, value analysis and proposal.

• Understands the customer business to be able to make appropriate recommendations.

• Provides updated to the customer database through the CRM application.

• Partners with other company sellers to drive maximum benefit for our customers with a total solution approach.

• Some travel is expected in support of sales efforts.

What you'll likely bring:

• Highly detailed oriented with the ability to complete complex credit card merchant applications​

• Ability to work with cross functional teams.

• Leadership abilities to achieve business goals.

• Ability to communicate effectively.

• Experienced sales skills

• including questioning, active listening, qualifying, closing and value validation.

• Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred

• Knowledge of the Credit Card Merchant application process, experience in underwriting, documentation review or similar experience preferred.

• 2+ years applicable experience.
