Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services.
Requirements
- Visit assigned customers on a regular basis to promote products, relate new product information and receive feedback on the company’s products and services
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
- Organize and manage educational activities including regular trainings, workshops, university training programs and promoting Kerr events in India
- Visit potential customers to qualify them as sales prospects for the corporation
- Understand and support the Kerr sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to all Kerr customers
- Relate new product ideas and product extensions to marketing management for evaluation
- Follow corporate policies regarding customer entertainment and customer relations
- Review and report complaints received from customers and recommend corrective action to the Head of Sales
- Collect and report competitive information to Marketing Management
- Prepare periodic reports including: weekly call reports, monthly expense reports, periodic general reports, and other reports as assigned
