Project Overview
The engagement will be executed under a Contractor of Record arrangement and structured as project-based work, with clear deliverables and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Framework Oversight: Guide the architecture and evolution of scalable test automation frameworks.
- AI-Forward QA Innovation: Identify and implement opportunities to use AI for intelligent test case generation, self-healing tests, defect prediction, and quality insights.
- Team Coaching: Mentor engineers and cross-functional teams on QA best practices, automation adoption, and quality mindset.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management, engineering, and delivery coaches to ensure quality is built into every stage of the development lifecycle.
- Governance & Metrics: Define quality standards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to monitor and communicate quality health across projects.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive retrospectives and implement improvements in QA strategy and practices.
Project Deliverables
- Leadership in delivering automated test frameworks across multiple projects.
- AI-enhanced QA proof-of-concepts and integrations into development pipelines.
- Coaching and upskilling sessions for delivery and engineering teams.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute QA strategies at an organizational or program level.
- Deep expertise in automated testing frameworks, CI/CD integration, and modern software delivery practices.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with distributed/remote teams.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycles and quality processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and testing strategies for distributed systems.
