Job Overview

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for lead generation, sales presentations and the sales closing process. You will also be in charge of conducting other B2B sales within EnglishScore’s identified key market segments.

Activities:

Your primary activities will include lead generation, delivering sales presentations, closing sales, and developing a strong sales pipeline to secure quarterly revenue. You will also be in charge of conducting other B2B sales within EnglishScore’s identified key market segments.

New Sales Management:

  • Find and develop new sales opportunities mainly in the Higher Education segment (also Corporate and B2G).

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Hunting: generate a constant flow of new business.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Pitch and present EnglishScore’s products to other B2B/B2E/B2G potential customers.
  • Generate your own pipeline through cold calling, travelling, and emailing.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities and potential threats to our new business sales strategy.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals.
