Position Overview:

As an Engineering Coordinator, you will be the main contact for ensuring project requirements and customer expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of safe and efficient formwork and scaffolding designs that meet all standards.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget while meeting quality standards. Coordinate with various teams for smooth execution.
• Mentor Junior Engineers and team members, encouraging teamwork and growth.
• Perform structural analysis to ensure designs are safe and meet standards.
• Ensure high-quality work within the team and maintain these standards with clients.
• Approve designs and calculations to ensure they meet standards.
• Oversee and schedule tasks for the team to ensure timely completion.
• Find and apply ways to improve design processes and efficiency.
• Resolve technical issues faced by team members.

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Civil, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of construction experience, preferably in scaffolding and formwork systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (or similar).
• Fluent in English
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience leading a design team.
• Adaptable and able to work under pressure.
