About the role:
At Enfuce, we’re building the digital infrastructure that powers modern card issuing and payment experiences across Europe. We’re now looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to design, build, and operate applications that connect our core payment systems with customer-facing products the middleware that makes it all work seamlessly. In this role, you’ll work with React, Node.js (Express/GraphQL), AWS, and Terraform/CDK to build scalable and secure services that help our customers launch, monitor, and operate their card programs efficiently.
What you'll be doing:
Design, develop, and operate fullstack applications and APIs that connect frontends, services, and the Enfuce payments backend.
Build modern, performant UIs with React (TanStack Router + Query) and robust backend services with Node.js and AWS.
Own features end-to-end. You take ideas to design, implementation, and production operation.
Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and other engineers to turn complex requirements into elegant, maintainable solutions.
Contribute to architecture decisions that improve scalability, reliability, and developer experience.
Continuously raise the bar for code quality, testing, and deployment practices through code reviews and shared standards.
What you'll bring:
Solid experience building and maintaining production-grade fullstack applications using Node.js, React, and AWS.
A strong understanding of how frontend and backend systems integrate APIs, authentication, and data flows.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or AWS CDK).
Background in Fintech, SaaS, or another complex domain with secure, high-availability systems.
A pragmatic mindset. You value clean, maintainable code and long-term reliability over short-term hacks.
Excellent communication in English and a proactive, collaborative attitude. You aren’t afraid to ask questions or suggest improvements.
