We are looking for a Patient Support Specialist to be our first point of contact for users and medical professionals, providing technical and content-related support, and thinking beyond their area of responsibility to improve processes and propose proactive solutions.
Requirements
- First point of contact for users and medical professionals
- Technical and content-related questions
- Understanding of Intercom and other modern support tools
- Communication skills, including written and oral communication
- Independent work with responsibility for escalation
- Technical understanding of support tools like Intercom and Microsoft Office
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Travel readiness for occasional workations
- Stable internet connection and ability to type quickly
