We at Coforge are hiring Tech Lead Fullstack - AI Engineerwith the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design for AI/LLM-integrated services, ensuring system integration and platform agnosticism.
• Implement features from backend (Python) to frontend (React), managing the migration from legacy Angular and .NET/Node components.
• Oversee the implementation of RAG patterns and Vector Databases to support automated engineering workflows.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure alignment between application requirements and data architecture (Databricks/Fabric).
• Provide technical guidance through code reviews and architecture workshops to ensure alignment with project standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Python: Specifically FastAPI and building RESTful services.
• Frontend Expertise: Experience with ReactJS (TS/JS) and managing migrations from Angular.
• Backend Versatility: Experience with .NET/C# and Node.js.
• AI/LLM Architecture: Experience with RAG patterns and Vector Databases (e.g., ChromaDB).

Preferred Skills:

• Database Knowledge: Knowledge of MongoDB and relational databases.
• Cloud Proficiency: Experience with Azure ecosystem and Azure AI Services.
• Leadership: Experience in technical leadership and mentoring engineering teams.
• Data Integration: Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and Databricks.
• DevOps/Auth: Experience with Azure Cognito/Entra ID for authentication.
• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial engineering or hydraulics calculations.
• Testing: Experience with automated testing frameworks for web applications and LLM components.
