Requirements
- Completed studies or training in the field of computer science, business informatics, or a comparable IT-related field
- Several years of in-depth experience in planning, operation, and further development of client-server applications in a comparable role
- Experience in IT project management and IT service management
- Knowledge of ITIL-based service management (especially in change and incident management)
- Knowledge of database management systems, time series data, REST API, messaging, and event streaming
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g. Splunk, PRTG, Grafana, Prometheus)
- Understanding of IT security concepts and best practices
- Excellent German and English language skills in writing and speaking (C1)
